What are you passionate about?

I'm a huge advocate of life-long learning, in ways both big and small. I love that my role here allows me to support school and trust leaders in their development, so that they can do the same for their pupils in turn.

What are your greatest accomplishments?

I wouldn't be so bold as to call this my greatest accomplishment, but I'm immensely proud of how our team has developed over my time here. They're constantly learning, growing, and responding to change and challenge - all with curiosity and enthusiasm.

What do you love most about being part of The Key Group?

My colleagues are smart, creative, passionate people who bring all of their talent and empathy to the table for school leaders. Their relentless ambition to do better for school leaders and staff every day makes work a joy.
