What are you passionate about?

I'm passionate about the role education plays in fostering equality and creating opportunities regardless of circumstances. I was the first in my family to progress to higher education and am very grateful for the opportunities I have had because of this. I am driven to provide school teams with the best help and support we can.

What are your greatest accomplishments?

Prior to joining The Key I worked in Research and Innovation teams for many years, and I am very proud of my role in developing a couple of market-leading products that positively impacted consumers daily lives. However my proudest moments centre around team development and growth.

What do you love most about being part of The Key Group?

Both the team and the members we support. Working alongside talented, driven, caring and collaborative people is a blessing. But in addition, I am inspired daily by the stories we hear from the schools we support.
