Nick McNulty

What are you passionate about?

I come from a family of teachers - my Dad spent most of his career as a headteacher. It was instilled in me from an early age that education can be a gamechanger in creating a fairer and more equal society. This does not stop when you leave school, which is just the foundation of this process. I am passionate about lifelong learning.

What are your greatest accomplishments? 

Despite working in finance, my biggest accomplishments have been around people development. I enjoy seeing people in my team grow and develop, partly through the opportunities I can give them in the workplace and across the business. It's been really rewarding to see their careers evolve off the back of their skill, determination and application, and any help I can give them to realise their potential, I will.

What do you love most about being part of The Key Group?

I love being part of a team of people that are driven to do right by the education sector, improving the lives of teachers and students along the way. All of the people in the Group genuinely care about the sector they serve.
