What are you passionate about?

Creating environments where people can achieve more than they ever thought they could. Being part of this company means I can apply that internally to our organization, and know that the solutions we provide are part of enabling the same for our customers and users too.

What are your greatest accomplishments?

Building, creating results and learning from the phenomenal teams everywhere I've worked, whether established businesses like Experian and Openreach or start ups like Geo and Harbr. The results that have followed have been fantastic - but the accomplishment is in building the team and focus that creates the results.

What do you love most about being part of The Key Group?

The opportunity to work with great people determined to make a difference to their customers, because of the impact our customers have on so many lives. Education is the bedrock of our future - being a tiny part of making that better, is a good place to be.

What else should we know about you?

I studied anthropology and love thinking about how people work together; but I also love being in remote places with very few people!
