Lisa Stone

What are you passionate about?

Creating an even playing field for all children, in a world where schools minimise the amount of time they’re spending on admin and maximise face-to-face, quality learning time with pupils.

Good education is life-changing for children and I am passionate about my part in achieving this. My work as a Trustee for Impetus, which supports disadvantaged young people, and my role as Committee Chair at the Youth Endowment Fund has shown me first hand the difference that education can make to vulnerable children.

What are your greatest accomplishments?

This is a hard one as I have worked with a lot of businesses across several sectors, including 17 years as a partner at Hg Capital. But I would have to say that The Key Group, and chairing the board at Arbor prior to that, is the business that I am most proud of, for its impact and growth.

What do you love most about being part of The Key Group?

The fact that The Key Group is mission-driven, passionate about what it does and has a tremendous energy running through it. The people who work here are innovative, thoughtful and determined to make a real difference.
