What are you passionate about?

I am passionate about improving education in the UK. I really believe that if we help students, teachers and schools then everyone in society benefits in the long term.

I am also passionate about making things as simple as possible - processes, tools, structures - whether this is internally within the Group or externally for our customers.

What are your greatest accomplishments?

Being part of this fantastic organisation and seeing the work we do improve educational outcomes on a daily basis is an accomplishment in itself.

However if I have to point to something in the past it would be as part of the team that grew the previous technology business I worked at - JustPark. Parking can sound mundane but the work we did genuinely improved the parking experience for millions of customers.

What do you love most about being part of The Key Group?

I say this all the time: I love working with very clever people, doing very interesting things.

What else should we know about you?

I love running half marathons - the craziest one was in Pyongyang but my fastest time was at Tromso in the arctic circle!
