What are you passionate about?

Enhancing the educational experience for children by ensuring teachers have more time and resources to concentrate on those things that really matter. We do this by harnessing the power of technology and effective knowledge sharing. I’ve seen this in other sectors I’ve worked in, such as financial services - it’s great that the education sector is also benefiting from technological advancement and innovation.

What are your greatest accomplishments ?

As a partner at CBPE Capital, an investor in The Key Group, I am proud of my role in helping businesses grow. This could be about growing the size of their team to increase capacity and impact, growing their reach to benefit more customers, or improving their performance. Every growth journey is different, and it’s never an easy road, but there is great pride in helping a team succeed.

Outside of work I have two secondary-aged children, and have run a boys football team for the last 7 years. It’s given me a tiny insight, but mainly huge admiration, for the work that teachers do in inspiring young people and keeping them on track.

What do you love most about being part of The Key Group?

The organisation has a clear purpose, a wonderful brand and reputation and outstanding products. The people leading the group are experts in their field, but always open to ideas about how we can become even better.
