What are you passionate about?

I'm passionate about the role of education in building a more equal society. At Arbor, we're committed to enhancing the efficiency of schools by helping them to gain a deeper insight into their key data, enabling them to make quicker, better decisions. Making these improvements at scale will help improve the educational outcomes for children and young people in our schools.  

What are your greatest accomplishments?

I have either founded, or been “first employee”, in multiple companies, including Arbor. Each one of these companies has made a positive impact on the world, which is what motivates me. 

Outside of work, I coach several younger UK-based entrepreneurs, and am particularly interested in supporting those that come from underprivileged backgrounds.

At Arbor, I am proud to have built such a fantastic team of people to support our mission. 

What do you love most about being part of The Key Group?

I love collaborating with such talented colleagues across the group, and working with mission-aligned people who care deeply about making a positive difference to schools.
