Fiona Moyes

What are you passionate about?

I love learning – whether it’s about people, communities, culture, technology, developing my skillset, or the latest accounting guidance (really!). I’m passionate about encouraging others to do the same because I believe knowledge and education are key to real, positive change.

I’m also passionate about others seeing their own individual value, and about working inclusively and harnessing what each unique person has to offer, to build or solve something together that we couldn’t do on our own.

What are your greatest accomplishments?

Growing up, had you told me I would complete a maths and finance degree at Leeds, join a graduate scheme at PwC and become a chartered accountant, it would have felt pretty unreachable (and I would not have understood what that career even involved!).

These accomplishments have opened so many doors for me to have different life experiences and collaborate with a range of brilliant people (working internationally and across a wide range of industries to solve a range of complex problems). I’m proud to bring this experience to my role at The Key Group.

What do you love most about being part of The Key Group?

Being part of something exciting and worthwhile – the whole team is truly committed to making life easier for schools and the people who work there, so they can focus on what really matters – educating pupils and shaping the next generation. I think it’s critical that nobody is left behind, and I believe that education, role models and support at a young age at school is key to this.

I also get to work with smart, kind and inspirational people that I learn from and collaborate with – that’s hugely important to me.
